Bedrooms & Bathrooms

Waters Retreat offers three comfortable bedrooms, including a king in the primary suite, a queen guest room, and a third bedroom with two twin beds, plus a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for additional guests. There are two full bathrooms, featuring a walk-in shower in the primary suite and a shower/tub combination in the hall bath.

The Pool

Step outside to your private pool area, complete with a shaded pergola, comfortable lounge chairs, and a cozy fire pit space perfect for unwinding in the evenings. It’s an inviting backyard retreat designed for both relaxing afternoons and laid-back nights.

Chef’s Kitchen

The chef’s kitchen features a gas range and is fully equipped with small appliances like an air fryer, toaster oven, blender, and more, making it easy to cook everything from quick breakfasts to family dinners. Just off the kitchen, the comfortable living spaces and inviting dining area provide the perfect setting to gather, relax, and enjoy time together.

Boat Ramp

There is a public boat ramp for the neighborhood 0.7 miles (approx. a 7 min casual walk) away and you can be on the famous Crab Island Sandbar in 15-20 minutes.

Beach Time

Waters Retreat is just minutes from beautiful public beach access at The Boardwalk and John Beasley Park, both offering convenient parking and easy entry to the white sand beaches and emerald waters of the Gulf.
